Adding an Express Check-In Message
- From your Tee On Online account, click Administration
- Click Express Check-In Messages
- Click Add
- Give the Express Check-In Message a Message Name
- Choose the Message Type. You can either enter the text or upload an image with the text already on it.
Text Only Message
- Enter and format the text in the box below
- If you would like to use a background option select it from the drop-down.
- If you want to restrict this message to a specific date range choose the start and end dates.
- Click Save
Image Message
Image messages allow you to create custom high quality messages to present to the customer. Create your custom image and then upload it. If you want text on the image, you must add it to the image before uploading. The image will be scaled to fit the monitor of the express check-in terminal. Refer to the chart for recommended image sizes. Images must be in the .jpg or .png format.
- Click Upload Image and select the image from your computer.
- If you want to restrict this message to a specific date range choose the start and end dates.
- Click Save
Refresh the Main Screen Image
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Express Check-In
- Click Refresh Main Screen Image. Refreshing the main screen image will assign the current active message that you have configured online to be your main screen image.
