Account Management (My Account)
Golfers can use their online accounts for a variety of functions including: controlling email preferences, changing their password, viewing their statements and keeping track of their scores.
My Account - Reports
For clubs with member accounts, many will upload the member's monthly statements to the web to be viewed. To access your statement, you will need to log in with the member login provided to you by your club.
- Sign in with your Username and Password.
- Click Reports
- Select the statement you want to view.
- The statement will open as a PDF or you will be prompted to save the statement before opening it.
My Account - Email Settings
In your Account Management, you have control over your email settings for confirmations, reminders and follow-up emails.
- Sign in with your Username and Password.
- Click My Account
- Click Preferences
- Adjust preferences as required.
- Click Save
My Account - Change Password
In your Account Management, you have the option to change your account password at any time.
- Sign in with your Username and Password.
- Click My Account
- Click Change Password
- Type in your current password.
- Type in your new password and confirm the new password.
- Click Change Password
Score Tracker
Score Tracker can be used to track your scores at any club. A Score Tracker number is calculated as an average above or below par for the best 10 of your last 20 rounds.
- Sign in with your Username and Password
- Click Score Tracker
- Click Add Score
- Select the Date Played
- Type in the Score
- Select the Number of Holes Played
- Select the Course
- Click Submit
Score Tracker: Add Course
Each golfer is responsible for their own course list. If the course you played is not part of your course list you can add it.
- Click Add Course
- Type in the Course Name
- Type in the Tee Block
- Select the Number of Holes the course has
- Type in the Par
- Click Save
