Accessing Deleted Customers

After a customer is deleted, you still have access to that customer’s profile online in order to reinstate the customer or view details.

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Customer Lists
  4. Select the Customer Type
  5. Select the option for Include Deleted or Deleted Only
  6. Click Retrieve
  7. Select the Deleted Customer’s name from the list.
