Tee On Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into the system. It provides a quick overview of your facility’s daily activity, including course conditions, bookings, events, and player volume. This page helps staff quickly understand what is happening at the course without needing to navigate to multiple sections.

Course Status

The Course Status card displays the current status of your golf course for the day.

Course statuses may include items such as:

  • Open

  • Frost Delay

  • Cart Path Only

  • Closed

If no status has been set, the dashboard will show “No Statuses Set (Yet)”.

To update the status:

  1. Click View Daily Status

  2. Add or update the course status for the current day

Updating the course status helps staff and customers stay informed about course conditions.

Booking Types

The Booking Types chart provides a visual breakdown of the types of tee times booked for the day.

Common booking types include:

  • Public

  • Member

The chart updates automatically as tee times are booked and gives staff a quick snapshot of how play is distributed between different player types.

Events

The Events section lists any scheduled events occurring on the selected date.

Examples include:

  • Leagues

  • Tournaments

  • Shotgun starts

  • Blocked tee time events

Each event displays:

  • Start and end time

  • Event name

Click View All to see the full list of scheduled events.

Player Volume

The Player Volume graph shows the number of players booked throughout the day.

The chart displays:

  • Time of day (hourly)

  • Number of players booked

This allows staff to quickly identify:

  • Busy tee time periods

  • Slower times during the day

  • Overall daily booking activity

Date Selection

The date selector in the top-right corner allows you to view dashboard data for a different day.

To change the date:

  1. Click the date field

  2. Select a new date from the calendar

All dashboard information will update automatically based on the selected date.

Hardware Status Indicators

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you may see hardware status indicators such as:

  • Register

  • Card Reader

These indicators show whether devices are connected and ready to use.

If a device is disconnected, a warning indicator will appear so staff can troubleshoot before processing transactions.
