Version: 5.53.0 - This release introduces Purchase Orders, a redesigned Devices management page, flexible rain check expiry options, and several improvements across purchasing, table service, Tee Sheet management, and the Website Builder.
🚨 Critical Updates
📦 Purchase Orders
- Added Purchase Orders to Tee On.
- Facilities can now create and manage purchase orders as part of their purchasing and inventory workflows.
🔌 Devices Management
- Renamed the Card Readers page to Devices.
- Card readers and other supported devices are now organized into separate tabs for easier management.
🎟️ Custom Rain Check Expiry
- Added a custom months expiry option for rain checks.
- Facilities can now specify how many months a rain check remains valid.

💳 Payments & Accounts
- Fixed an issue that could attach account payments to the wrong statement at the end of the month.
- Fixed issues with House Account and Gift Card payments in Table Service.
- House Account and Gift Card balances are now displayed in the Order Complete popup in Table Service.
- Fixed issues with reloading gift cards.
- Added order date and time information to cancelled, unpaid, and voided orders.
- Completed carts can no longer have additional service fees added.
🍽️ Table Service
- Updated the Table Service staff interface.
- Added improved checks to prevent invalid or conflicting actions from the Table Service right-click menu.
- Limited automatic cart waiver printing to two waivers per booking.
- Fixed an issue that allowed users to rapidly click the Add Discount button multiple times.
⛳ Tee Sheet
- Power cart numbers can now be assigned directly from the Tee Sheet right-click menu.
- Fixed an issue where the Tee Sheet right-click menu could be cut off.
- Added Thursday to the Rounds by Customer Type report.
🎟️ Tickets & Credit Books
- Fixed redeeming multiple multi-use tickets within a single transaction.
- Added the ability to view the attached product from the Edit Ticket page.
- Credit Book titles are now displayed in the Credit Books list.
🌐 Website Builder
- Added Tabsets to the Website Builder.
- Completed additional mobile cleanup and usability improvements.
🧭 Navigation & Interface
- Moved the Settings icon within the left navigation menu.
- Additional interface and usability improvements throughout the application.
