🎟 Persistent Pending Ticket Stubs

• Pending ticket stubs are now persisted automatically.
• Prevents tickets from failing to redeem if the page is refreshed or the user navigates away before the transaction is completed.

• Gift cards used as a payment method will now be automatically refunded if the associated order is cancelled or refunded.
• Ensures gift card balances remain accurate without requiring manual intervention.

• Booking deposits can now be applied directly from the Deposits list.
• Simplifies deposit management and speeds up the check-in process.
