Version: 5.43.0 - This release delivers important fixes for no-show processing, guest food ordering, and expired credit cards, along with enhancements to reporting, booking management, invoicing, and waitlist functionality.

  • Fixed issues preventing No Show Charge emails from being sent correctly.

💳 Payments, Refunds & Invoicing

  • Added support for refunding service fees.
  • Added invoices to the Sales by Accounting Reference reports.
  • Fixed missing balance updates on invoices.
  • Included account transactions in Expected Deposit calculations.
  • Fixed hospitality deposit refunds not being properly marked as refunds.
  • Fixed an issue where refunded booking deposits could still appear during player check-in.

 

📊 Reporting Enhancements
  • Fixed cost calculations on the Cost of Sales by Department report.
  • Added missing reports, report permission details, and report permission columns.
  • Fixed report column formatting issues in certain report exports.
  • Added a new Credit Books List report.

 

🎁 Gift Cards & Credit Books
  • Gift card balances are now automatically set to $0 when the originating order is refunded or voided.
  • Added a dedicated Credit Books List for easier management and reporting.

 

⛳ Booking & Tee Sheet Improvements

Booking Management

  • Added search and filtering options to Booking Deposits.
  • Added green fees, power carts, and booking notes to external bookings.
  • Customers can now see the Turn Division when making a booking.
  • Redesigned the Booking Fee modal for improved usability.
  • Fixed group pay functionality for shotgun events.

Waitlist Enhancements

  • Customers can now cancel waitlist requests via text message.

Tee Sheet Improvements

  • Improved the Tee Sheet date bar user interface.
  • Fixed display of refunded deposits during check-in.

 

📦 Product & Inventory Management

  • Disabled the warehouse toggle when a product contains multiple variants to prevent configuration conflicts.
