🚨 Critical Updates

📦 Inventory & Product Creation Improvements

  • Added department defaults when creating products.

  • You can now create new products directly while completing an inventory receiving.

This streamlines setup and reduces the need to switch between screens.

  • Added the ability to preview automated emails before sending.

  • Ensures accuracy and consistency in customer communications.

📲 Check-In & Customer Experience

  • Added a new endpoint for self check-in.

  • Fixed issues with:

    • Loading check-in configurations when records were missing

    • 9-hole and 18-hole settings in check-in configs

    • Booking cart updates when no check-in configs were set

    • Standalone login when the customer already exists


🛍 Product & Inventory Enhancements

  • Archived variants are no longer included when checking for existing product options.

  • Added total row to Inventory Receiving export.

  • Added ability to mass update product units by department.

  • Fixed setting product prices when:

    • Changing green fees

    • Applying tee sheet override pricing


🧾 Reporting & Accounting

  • Fixed issue where statements were not created during house account import.

  • Tip-out percentages are now properly handled when printing shift summaries.

  • Re-enabled meal group tracking on kitchen chits
    (Printer app support still required for full functionality)

  • Fixed incorrect display of user roles.
