How to clear your cache 

On google chrome: 

Step 1: Open google chrome 

Step 2: Click the three dots on the top right side

Step 3: click "Delete browsing data"

Step 4: Make sure "cookies and other site data" is selected and press clear 

On Firefox:

Step 1: Open the menu by clicking the three lines in the top-right corner

Step 2: Select "History

Step 3: Choose "Clear Recent History"

Step 4: In the pop-up window, set the time range to "Everything," check the "Cache" box, and click "Clear"
