Below is a complete overview of what’s new, organized by area, so you can easily explore what’s been added and enhanced. #### 🌐 General Platform Enhancements - Admin users can now choose their preferred language. - Support for **US payments** is now available. - Configurable **service fees** can be applied to orders. - Launched a **new website builder**. - Introduced a **brand-new food ordering system**. - Added a **loyalty points system**. - **Email marketing** tools are now available. --- #### ⛳ Tee Sheet & Booking - New **side-by-side tee sheet layout** for easier multi-course and multi-hole management. - **TeeOn Booking App** now available for download. - Added **tee sheet lotteries**. - Introduced a **Starter Tee Sheet** with cart number updates and arrival tracking. - Added **“Pre-paid optional”** tee times. - **High-priority customer notes** now display directly on reservations with staff warnings. - Option to **resend booking confirmations** when moving a booking. - **Send welcome email** toggle when creating a new customer. - Booking restrictions to prevent customers from booking outside allowed times. - New setting to restrict **time between client-portal bookings**. - Apply **no-shows** to all players in a booking or via multi-select. - Improved support for **36-hole facilities**. - Full system support for **12-hole courses**. - Setting to **allow or disallow guests** on tee times. - Ability to **highlight new bookings** on the tee sheet. - Added **rain check expiry options**: one year, end of year, or no expiry. --- #### 🚗 Power Carts - New **Power Cart Report**. - **Cart tracking** functionality added. - Ability to assign **cart numbers and member bag numbers** to tee times. - Inventory now shows when a cart is **“available at”** a specific time. --- #### 🏆 Events & Tournaments - Import and export **draw sheets** for all events. - Print **event scorecards** directly from the tee sheet. - Process **tournament registrations** directly from the register. - View registration responses from the **event roster**. - Generate and print **Alphabetical (Alpha) player lists**. - Fully redesigned **cart signs** with two layout options. - Print cart signs for **non-event shotguns**. --- #### 🍔 Food & Beverage (POS) - **TeeOn POS app** now available on iOS and Android. - Added **dynamic combos** with selectable item limits. - Introduced a **tab system** at the register: - Save carts as tabs - Delete tabs (permission-based) - Display admin who created each tab - Ability to attach **multiple warehouse products** to a single item. - Receipt toggle to include **member number, name, and signature fields**. --- #### 📦 Inventory Management - Added **inventory logs** on product and variant admin pages. - Track full **variant inventory history**. - Display **last counted inventory**. - Support for **decimal inventory levels**. - **Auto-save** inventory counts. - Inventory logs available on individual product pages. --- #### 📊 Reports & Audits - **Order Audit Trail** with full order history. - **Tee Sheet Audit Trail** for booking edits and assignments. - Updated **Rounds by Customer Type** report with charts. - Power Cart Report now includes **previous users** (CSV export). - New **Tips by Order** report. - **Rain checks report**. - **Cancelled tee time orders** report. - Export customer data directly as **CSV**. - Large reports are now **emailed** to reduce wait times. - Improved visibility into **ticket transfers and returns**. - Discounts can now include **notes** for better auditing. - View booking audit trails directly. - Audit trail now tracks **no-shows and charges**. - Prevent deletion of payment methods tied to bookings within the last 14 days. - **Email invoices** directly from POS or account screens. - Optional **email notifications** when no-show fees are applied. -
